  Throwing Games Away
Three runners doubled off - that's an entire inning given away.

Botched bunt plays to third and first.

Squandering lead-off doubles.

Caught stealing at third just before the would-be RBI single.

Letting a pitcher with an apparent aversion to the strike zone off the hook.

The Jays played about as bad a game as you can play in Philly yesterday, and still only lost 5-3. After the disastrous start to May, the losses of Johnson, Zaun, Ryan, Halladay and everything short of a plague of locusts, the team seemed to have righted the ship. But they're not nearly talented enough to get away with as many mistakes as they made on Sunday. Seriously, how many times are you going to get two walks out of Royce Clayton?
